Online Shipping & Return Policy

  • If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to issue a full refund within 14 days from the date in which your order was placed.  
  • Returned items must be unworn, unaltered, and in the same condition in which they were shipped out.
  • Items that are NOT ELIGIBLE to be returned include: swimsuits, jewelry and accessories, Prom and Homecoming items.
  • The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. We highly recommend using a shipping method that provides a tracking number for your reference as Morgan Claire is not responsible for any items that are lost in transit.

Items purchased on morganclaire.com are ineligible for returns at our store locations.  Return and exchange policies at our stores may vary. 

Shipping Information

  • All of our products are shipped out of our warehouse in Lafayette, Louisiana.
  • We have a flat rate of $2.77 and use USPS First Class Mail.
  • Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed, packaged, and shipped.  
  • Packages typically arrive within 2-3 business days from the date in which it was shipped.

Lost Packages

  • We will investigate any packages that are lost in transit or delivered to the wrong address.
  • If shipping carrier confirms delivery to the correct address, we are unable to issue a refund.  

INSTRUCTIONS FOR RETURNS

  • Customers must have an account to create a return shipment. If they place orders as guests, they will have to register with the same email address to convert their guest account into a customer account.

Customers can return on your website by:

  1. Logging into their account by clicking My account (human icon) in the top right-hand side of the screen. 

    2. Customers can view any past orders by clicking My Orders.

 

     3. Click View on the right-hand side of the screen.

     4. Click Return items at the bottom of the page to create the return shipment.

 

     5. Choose the products to return and the quantity.

     6. Give a return reason.

     7. Specify Return Action.

Once this request is completed, we will review it and send you a confirmation. Once confirmed, you will ship the item(s) back to our corporate office/distribution center. See below for address. DO NOT ship returns until receiving confirmation.
