Online Shipping and Return Policy

Shipping Rates: All shipping rates are carrier-calculated automatically by U.S.P.S. based on the customer's location. 

  • Standard shipping orders take 2-3 business days to be processed and packaged before they are shipped out of our warehouse.
  • The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a shipping method that provides a tracking number for your reference. 

ONLINE RETURNS ARE ELIGIBLE FOR ONLINE CREDIT ONLY. 

INSTRUCTIONS FOR RETURNS

  • Customers must have have an account to create a return shipment. If they place orders as guests, they will have to register with the same email address to convert their guest account into a customer account.

Customers can return on your website by:

  1. Logging into their account by clicking My account (human icon) in the top right-hand side of the screen. 

    2. Customers can view any past orders by clicking My Orders.

 

     3. Click View on the right-hand side of the screen.

     4. Click Return items at the bottom of the page to create the return shipment.

 

     5. Choose the products to return and the quantity.

     6. Give a return reason.

     7. Specify Return Action. Website Refund only. 

Your return request must be completed within 3 DAYS of receiving the item(s). Once this request is completed, we will review it and send you a confirmation. Once confirmed, you will ship the item(s) back to our corporate office/distribution center. See below for address. DO NOT ship returns until receiving confirmation. Your online credit will be in the form of a discount code using the email address provided in Login. The credit will be activated once the item(s) are received.
