Shipping and Payment Policy

Ship to me: Orders are shipped from our Baton Rouge Location: Morgan Claire, 7350 Jefferson Hwy, Suite 440, Baton Rouge, LA 70806. Orders are shipped out Monday-Saturday, and ship within the following business day (ex. an order placed on Saturday will ship on Monday).

Shipping Rates: Jewelry ships for free; clothing and other accessories shipping rates are carrier-calculated automatically by U.S.P.S. based on the customer's location. We ship using 12x15x2  personalized packaging, normal package weight for a single item is under 1 lb. Shipping price can be estimated before hand on this website: https://postcalc.usps.com/

In Store Pick-up: Items are available for in store pick-up following an online purchase in our Lafayette store only.

Exchange Policy

Sale Items are a final sale and are ineligible for exchange.

Online Store Policy: We will exchange items if the day you ship back is within 14 days of the date the item/items were initially shipped to you (please call prior to returning a package). Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached. Returned items are eligible for a refund once the item purchased is returned to the store and the refund will show on our statement usually within 5-7 business days. All jewelry, accessories, HOMECOMING suits and hats, and sale items are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for exchange.

*To ensure a smooth exchange process, give the Lafayette location a call to let us know that we are expecting a package.*

In Store/ Phone Order Policy: We will exchange items within 7 days of purchase, accompanied by the receipt. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached. Returned Items are only eligible for store credit issued in the form of a gift card. All jewelry, accessories, HOMECOMING suits and hats, and sale items are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for exchange.

DISCLAIMER:

Morgan Claire does not accept exchanges on items that are not in the same condition as they were prior to being purchased and leaving Morgan Claire store property. Our items available for purchase undergo a thorough inspection process to ensure each piece's perfection. Each piece is physically and visually inspected for imperfections before they are entered into inventory. Items are physically and visually inspected before the check-out process. 

If a product is damaged after it is put on display and available for purchase, customers will be notified of imperfections prior to the check-out process. Morgan Claire does not accept liability for damages after the purchased items leave Morgan Claire store property. Items are not eligible for exchange or store credit if returned wet, damp, or smelling of smoke/perfume/animal odor. Morgan Claire is not responsible for the following damages after purchased items leave Morgan Claire store property: broken zippers, broken/misplaced buttons, tears, scuffs, discolorations, and any other condition that was not there prior to the purchased items leaving store property.
