Online Shipping and Return Policy

Shipping Rates: All shipping rates are carrier-calculated automatically by U.S.P.S. based on the customer's location. We ship using 12x15x2  personalized packaging, normal package weight for a single item is under 1 lb. 

  • Standard shipping orders take 2-4 business days to be processed and packaged before they are shipped out of our warehouse.
  • The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a shipping method that provides a tracking number for your reference. 

INSTRUCTIONS FOR RETURNS

Customers must have an account to create a return shipment. If they place orders as guests, they will have to register with the same email address to convert their guest account into a customer account. Do so by going to the profile icon on the top right side of the Morgan Claire home page. Once logged in, find the My Orders tab. Once locating order to be returned, click the View button on right of order. Click Return items at the bottom of the page to create the return shipment. Choose the products to return and the quantity. Give a return reason. Customers can choose a reason and an action or create their own, and then send the return request.

All of our online orders ship from our corporate office and must be returned only to our corporate office. Returning an online order to a store is NOT allowed. Please use the address below for returns.

To be eligible for a refund, you must ship back within 15 days of the date the item/items were initially shipped to you. Items must be unworn and unwashed. Returned items are eligible for a ONLINE STORE CREDIT once the item is received at our corporate office. All jewelry, accessories, and sale items are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for returns.

Morgan Claire will only accept items that are in the same condition as they were sold to the customer. Items that appear to be altered in any way will not be eligible for return. Our clothes undergo a thorough inspection process to ensure each pieces perfection.
