A: No. Items that are purchased on the Morgan Claire website cannot be returned at store locations. Returns and exchange policies vary based on the individual store.

A: We offer a $2.77 flat rate for shipping. We ship our items through USPS First Class Mail. Items typically take 1-2 business days for processing, packaging, and shipping. Your order should arrive 2-3 business days after the date that it was shipped to you.

A: If a package is lost in transit or sent to the wrong address, we will investigate the issue. We cannot offer refunds for packages that have a receipt of delivery to the correct address from the shipping carrier.
